- Manage day-to-day operations of the shopping centre that encompasses housekeeping, car-park and dock logistic departments
Requirements :
- Degree in Building/Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a Manager in property/facilities management with a large shopping centre or commercial enterprise
- Detailed knowledge of asset infrastructure requirements

- Develop and administer programmes to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations for specified facilities, operations and the visiting public

- Certificate in NIOSH/DOSH

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall management of the shopping centre when on duty. To maintain and comply with the shopping centre’s requirements and ensure that procedures are regularly monitored and updated in order to achieve service excellence and best practices
Requirements :
- Degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or shopping centre
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities :
- Support the Design Department and Project team in the development of the project vision and establish design guidelines for various building components. In addition, to work closely with Project Design and Construction teams to ensure successful and timely completion of projects as well as oversee the design, co-ordination and administration of architecture works, both locally and overseas
Requirements :
- A qualified Architect with minimum 6 years experience in the related field as well as in retail and mixed-use developments
- Relevant academic qualifications in Architecture/Architectural Design (Bachelor's and above)
- Experience in leading projects from design and documentation to construction completion
- Proficiency in Autocad, 3D softwares (3DStudio Max/Viz), Adobe Photoshop or SketchUp skills plus good presentation skills will be an advantage

- Knowledge in 3D animation and interior photography would be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of ergonomics, materials characteristics and basic construction knowledge
