  • Perform general HR administrative duties such as processing employees' claims, car-park applications & various HR related invoices for payment
  • Assist in recruitment matters
  • Assist to co-ordinate internal and external trainings
  • Assist in payroll matters such as overtime calculation
  • Handle payment of wages for part-timers
  • Handle staff enqueries related to leave applications and general HR policies
  • Maintain employees' training and development records
  • Maintain Human Resources Information System records and extract and compile reports from the database when required
  • Plan and co-ordinate sports and social activities for employees


  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Demonstrates maturity and ability to work efficiently with all levels of employees
  • Has a natural flair dealing with people
  • Ability to multi-task and resourceful
