By using the Pavilion Diamond Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of the Pavilion Diamond Membership.<\/li>\n<li>For the avoidance of doubt, the term \u201cMember\u201d shall mean the person to whom the Pavilion Diamond Card is issued and whose name is embossed on the Pavilion Diamond Card.<\/li>\n<li>The Pavilion Diamond membership is by invitation only. Membership approval is subject to the sole and absolute discretion of Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd (the \u201cCompany\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>Only individuals above 18 years may be Members.<\/li>\n<li>Upon invitation, new Members are required to complete the Registration Form for the membership activation by submitting the completed Registration Form at the Pavilion Privileges Centre, Level 2, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur or email us at membership@pavilion-kl.com.<\/li>\n<li>Membership is renewed annually at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Member must present the physical or digital Pavilion Diamond Card to enjoy the privileges accorded by participating stores at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Bukit Jalil and Pavilion Damansara Heights (\u201cPavilion Malls\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>The Pavilion Diamond Card shall remain the property of Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd at all times. It is strictly not transferable and shall only be used by the person whose name appears on the card.<\/li>\n<li>Member may request for free replacement of a lost or stolen membership card in person at Pavilion Privileges Centre, Level 2, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur or email us at membership@pavilion-kl.com. Member will be notified via email or by call when the replacement card is ready for collection.<\/li>\n<li>The Company reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice and for any reason, or if the Member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to abusing the privileges accorded to the Member, engaged in any fraudulent activities in relation to the Pavilion Diamond Card or is a deceased or declared a bankrupt.<\/li>\n<li>If a Member has their membership withdrawn and\/or terminated for any reason whatsoever, the membership will be cancelled and the privileges shall be discontinued and Member shall return the Pavilion Diamond Card to the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Property owners of 1Pavilion Properties, by invitation are entitled to all privileges and benefits associated with their property ownership and are eligible to be a Member of the Pavilion Diamond Card.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of a subsale of the property, the Member shall return the Pavilion Diamond Card to the Company. The membership will be transferred to the new owner of the property.<\/li>\n<li>Foreclosure, bankruptcy, or other legal proceedings resulting in loss of ownership shall terminate all privileges and benefits associated with the membership forthwith.<\/li>\n<li>By using the Pavilion Diamond Card, the Member consents to any personal data being used in accordance with the Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd privacy policy available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pavilion-kl.com\/privacy-policy-and-terms-conditions\/\">https:\/\/www.pavilion-kl.com\/privacy-policy-and-terms-conditions\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to add, delete, vary, revise, cancel, withdraw, terminate or suspend these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the Member and\/or third party resulting directly or indirectly in relation to the Pavilion Diamond Card membership.<\/li>\n<li>These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the Members agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.<\/li>\n<li>If there is any conflict in meaning between the English language version of these Terms and Conditions and any version or translation of these Terms and Conditions, the English language shall prevail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"100-width.php","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-838158","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.0 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Pavilion Diamond Terms &amp;
