WOW WOW WEST

Western cuisine often refers to the different cuisines found in European countries as well as the United States of America. Compared to its Oriental counterpart, meat plays a significant role in Western food culture, with steak representing one of the most popular types of cooked meat.

D Empire is the only restaurant in the mall that serves the 28-day dry-aged Black Angus from Australia, a perfect pairing when served with wine. The Dry Aged Beef is a specialty dish in D Empire, where only the highest quality beef – including grass, grain-fed and wagyu, is selected and customised according to specific ageing periods to suit the preferences of customers. The restaurant is helmed by Chef Dollan, who describes his cooking as “Global French and Italian”, which can be interpreted as a blend of classic gastronomic cuisine with the modern flavours of today.

For those who prefer a lighter meat option, you can try the Signature Classic Cobb Salad by Element Fresh. It features hearty portions of grilled chicken breast, cheddar cheese, avocado, tomato, hardboiled egg, caramelised bacon and onion – all chopped and served on a bed of crispy lettuce with a helping of Thousand Island dressing.
