TECHNICIAN

TECHNICIAN, FIRE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of Fire Safety systems and Natural Gas systems (Smoke Detectors, Sprinklers, Sprinkler Valves, Fire Pump Station, Fire Extinguishers, Wet Risers, Hose Reels, Panic Buttons, Panel Fire Alarms, Fireman Intercoms, ‘Exit’ signs, Gas Risers at F&B outlets, Magnetic Doors, and Roller Shutters)
  • Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
  • Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
  • Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
  • Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action

BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM OPERATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of Building Automation System (BAS), lift, escalator and P.A. system
  • Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
  • Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
  • Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
  • Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action

TECHNICIAN, ELECTRICAL

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) items inclusive of but not limited to Sub Switch Boards, Transformers, Electrical Safety Relays, Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), and Gensets
  • Fault finding and rectification for electrical system such as wiring shorting, lighting problem, electrical tripping issues and power failures
  • Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
  • Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
  • Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
  • Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action

TECHNICIAN, MECHANICAL

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines / equipment
  • Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
  • Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
  • Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
  • Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
