ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Responsibilities:-

  • Management of all official social media platforms of Pavilion KL.
  • Management of e-direct mailers (EDM) for campaigns and internal communications.
  • Management of content on all mall touch points, including signages and directories.
  • Management of content on all print directories and brand collaterals.
  • Development and refinement of marketing and branding goals for each campaign.
  • Development of online and offline marketing collaterals for mall campaigns, including print, fulfilment and distribution. 
  • Implement effective campaign communications, working with relevant divisions to ensure successful execution.
  • Implement new ideas and methods to improve contribution to the mall’s marketing goals and enhance the branding reputation of the mall.
  • Develop an annual marketing communications plan that are aligned with the mall’s objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all online and offline collaterals based on approved brand guidelines.
  • Ensure good budget management within the team and to deliver all marketing communications activities within the agreed budget.
  • Conduct frequent market research to identify market requirements for current and future campaigns. 
  • Analyse potential partnerships with tenants or external parties to enhance communications outreach for the mall.
  • Optimize working efficiencies with third party agencies in order to achieve best working results.
  • Maintain good working relationships across the marketing department.
  • Maintain frequent liaison with tenants of the mall to ensure they are getting full support on the mall’s marketing communications.

Requirements:-

  • Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Good consumer and product awareness
  • Creative thinker with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English and Bahasa Malaysia. Communication skills in Mandarin and / or Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
  • Able to cope under pressure and work within tight deadlines especially where back-to-back campaigns are concerned
