As the Senior Manager, Operations, you will support the Director of Operations in managing the housekeeping, dock logistics, call centre and car park operations to ensure service standards are consistently met. You will be involved in tenders to select and review vendors/suppliers and materials, providing input and recommendation of the best and cost-effective methods to the management, while being responsible to monitor and manage the performance of vendors.
To succeed in this position, you must have significant experience in managing housekeeping, dock logistics, call centre and car park operations of shopping centres or large facilities, with proven track record in vendor management of services/supply contracts. Degree qualified, you will have up to date knowledge of best practices in facility management. You should possess outstanding analytical abilities with a proactive approach towards resolving escalated issues with strong verbal and written communication skills, while demonstrating capabilities in leading, coaching and motivating the team.
