  • Ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments/rental
  • Work closely with related departments to resolve tenants disputes and develop strategies to improve collections
  • Negotiate with tenants to ensure prompt settlement of overdue rentals
  • Issue invoices, statements, reminders and credit notes to tenants
  • Liaise with third parties in recovering difficult debts e.g. solicitors on litigation matters, etc
  • Prepare management reports on collections and debt recovery actions



  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 2 years of working experience in credit control
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English. Able to calmly and confidently handle conversations with tenants
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
