  • Direct and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff/vendors to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the mall and areas surrounding the mall
  • Supervise and coordinate with the outsourced contractor on the daily housekeeping operations and analyse their performance to undertake necessary proposals and action
  • Keep track and monitor daily attendance of vendors and report any shortage of manpower to superior
  • Conduct daily inspections on the cleanliness and defects in the mall as well as follow up on rectification



  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management and/or have attended Housekeeping related courses
  • Minimum three (3) years of related working experience in a shopping mall, hotel or large facility
  • Experience in managing a team of housekeeping employees
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
