  • Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at Fashion Avenue Concierge (Level 2).
  • Limited to one redemption per shopper, per day. Valid while stocks last.
  • Redemptions are not valid for receipts from ATM machines, banking, car wash, money changers, Parkson Elite, utility, and deposit payments.
  • Only original receipts will be accepted, duplicated receipts are not eligible.
  • Employees & retail staff of Pavilion KL are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers. 
  • Not valid with other card/partnership redemptions, i.e. Maybank Exclusive Gifts. 
  • Redemption period: 1 January – 5 February 2023.

  • Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the Maybank Redemption Booth (Level 3).
  • Limited to one redemption per shopper, per day. Valid while stocks last.
  • Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard®, Visa or American Express® Card including Apple Pay, except Corporate, Debit or Prepaid Card.
  • Redemptions are not valid for receipts from ATM machines, banking, car wash, money changers, Parkson Elite, utility and deposit payments.
  • Only original receipts will be accepted, duplicated receipts are not eligible.

Terms & Conditions for Top Spender Rewards:

  • The top eight highest spenders with the highest accumulative receipt during the campaign period will receive one reward item respectively.
  • Receipt submission must be made on the same day of purchase via Pavilion KL Mobile App or at one of the following locations: Pavilion Privileges Centre (Level 2), Porte Cochere Concierge (Level 2), Fashion Avenue Concierge (Level 2), Main Concierge (Level 3).
  • Not valid for receipts from ATM machines, banking, car wash, money changers, Parkson Elite, utility and deposit payments.
  • Only original receipts will be accepted, duplicated receipts are not eligible.
  • Only valid for citizens of Malaysia and/or permanent residents of Malaysia.
