Eggette is a Hong Kong origin snack food which raise many Hong Kong resident’s fond memories. In mid twenty century, to prevent wastage or broken eggs, the Hong Kong grocery shop owner mixed the eggs with flour and oil then baked them into eggette.

Today, eggette is still the top-rated Hong Kong most favourite snack food. It has a group of well-known artists as the food loyal fans.
