Small Acts, Big Rewards: The “Recycle & Be Rewarded” Campaign

We believe your skincare routine should feel good for your skin and the earth. At Kiehl’s, we use post-consumer recycled materials whenever possible and prioritize reusing and recycling in our stores. We encourage our patrons to do the same by recycling their Kiehl’s empties through our Recycle & Be Rewarded program. Furthermore, we empower our community to choose refill pouches over full-sized products to significantly reduce plastic usage. This program is designed to close the loop on plastic waste while saying ‘Thank You’ for your commitment to the planet. In 2025 alone, we successfully collected 47,700 Kiehl’s empties across Malaysia.

How It Works:

1. Empty Your Favorites: Finish your Kiehl’s products (don’t forget to give them a quick rinse!).

2. Visit Any Kiehl’s Store: Bring your empty Kiehl’s plastic bottles, tubes, and jars to any Kiehl’s boutiques.

3. Earn Treats: Return 4, 8 or 12 units of full-sized Kiehl’s empties, we’ll reward you with complimentary Kiehl’s travel-sizes.
