HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE PAVILION KL MOBILE APP INTO MY PHONE?

Search “Pavilion KL” in the Apple App Store or Google Play store. The minimum requirement for iOS users is version 11 and for Android users, version 5.0 and above. Please ensure that your operating system is up to date so that you can download the latest version of the app.

I HAVE MULTIPLE MOBILE NUMBERS, WHICH ONE DO I USE?

Register your account using the mobile number of the phone you are using. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number.

4.

I REQUESTED FOR OTP (ONE-TIME PASSWORD) BY SMS BUT DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Request for a new one by selecting “Resend OTP”. Weak or unstable mobile connection may cause some lag time. If you continue to experience issues with the app, kindly contact us at membership@pavilion-kl.com

5.

THERE’S A QR CODE IN THE APP. WHAT IS IT FOR?

When you want to redeem your rewards, your QR code will be scanned to retrieve your profile page, ensuring a speedy and smooth process.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY QR CODE?

Log in to your account via the app. Your QR code is at the top right corner of the Account page. You can also retrieve it online by logging into your account at the member portal https://member.pavilion-kl.com

I AM UNABLE TO SIGN UP OR LOGIN TO THE APP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This can happen due to several reasons:

  • Weak or unstable Internet connection Check the strength of your connection and try again.
  • Wrong password To reset your password, select the “Forgotten Password” tab. You will receive an email with a reset link.
  • Outdated version of Pavilion KL mobile app Check for the latest version on the Apple App Store or Google App Store and update if necessary.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RESET IT?

On the login screen, select the “Forgot Password” tab. You will receive an email with a reset link. If you did not register your account with an email address, kindly contact us at membership@pavilion-kl.com

MY APP IS NOT LOADING OR IS LOADING VERY SLOWLY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Check that you are connected to the internet and that your connection is strong and stable.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PAVILION KL MOBILE APP IS NOT LOADING ANY INFORMATION?

Check that you have downloaded the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. Alternatively, clear the app cache. Try reinstalling the app. If you continue to experience issues, kindly contact us at membership@pavilion-kl.com

WILL MY SPENDING AND EXISTING INFORMATION BE DELETED WHEN I UPDATE THE PAVILION KL APP?

No, your existing information and spending history will remain intact.

WHY DO I NEED THE PAVILION KL MOBILE APP? CAN’T I JUST VISIT THE PAVILION KL WEBSITE?

The Pavilion KL website does not require installation and can be viewed on any browsers, including your smartphone or tablet. It gives you access to the member portal, services, store directory, latest happenings, and promotions at the mall. However, you will not receive notifications on the latest offers and events or be able to redeem membership rewards.

IS THE PAVILION KL MOBILE APP SECURE?

Yes the app is equipped with security features, such as:

  • Your mobile device can only be tied to your membership account, i.e. your registered mobile number.
  • Access to your account is protected by a secure login procedure that requires a password.
  • Sensitive data such as password or transaction information are transmitted on public networks through secure protocols (SSL and HTTPS). Confidential account information is not stored on the mobile device.

HOW DO I SIGN OUT FROM MY ACCOUNT IN THE PAVILION KL APP?

In the app, select the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, followed by the Profile tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the Sign Out option. After signing out, you can still browse on-going events and promotions at Pavilion KL and access the store directory guide. However, you can’t submit receipts, collect vouchers, or access the My Wallet function until you sign in to your account again.

Download the Pavilion KL mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or sign up at https://member.pavilion-kl.com

Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age and have a unique and valid Malaysia mobile number*. Download the app and create your account. Complete a one-time verification through your mobile number. Start submitting receipts of your spending from over 700 retail stores and dining outlets within Pavilion KL. When you meet the required minimum spending (submit your receipts through the app), you will be upgraded to a member.

*If you have multiple mobile numbers, register with the number of the phone you are using.

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS DURING SIGN-UP?

Your mobile number will be used to identify your membership account. It is unique to each member and sharing of mobile number is not allowed. Your email address will be used in the event you need to reset your account password and also to receive updates from Pavilion KL.

HOW LONG IS MY PAVILION PRIVILEGES MEMBERSHIP VALID FOR?

Accumulate a minimum amount of spend within 12 months of activation to keep your membership active:

Pavilion Lifestyle Minimum spend of RM3,000.
Pavilion Priority Minimum spend of RM10,000.
Pavilion Luxe Minimum spend of RM100,000.

IS MY PAVILION KL MEMBERSHIP AND REWARDS TRANSFERABLE?

No, membership and its rewards are non-transferable.

HOW DO I ACCUMULATE MY SPENDING FOR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL?

Log in to your account via the app. Select Account, then Submit Spend and upload photos of your receipts. Receipts must be submitted within the same day of purchase. Once the submission is verified, your transaction(s) will show under the Total Spend tab in your account.


9.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF RECEIPTS I CAN SUBMIT IN A DAY?

No, there is no limit on the number of receipts you can submit in a day. However, you can only submit a maximum of 5 receipts from the same store within the same day.

ARE THERE ANY PURCHASES THAT CANNOT BE SUBMITTED AS ACCUMULATED SPENDING?

The following retailers/service outlets/receipt types are not eligible:

  • Parkson Elite, Pavilion KL
  • Receipts that are not from retailers in Pavilion KL
  • Duplicated receipt
  • Back-dated receipt
  • Currency exchange
  • Cellular bill payment
  • Temporary event vendors at promotional spaces;
  • Push carts & mini-kiosk
  • Purchase of vouchers/gift cards
  • Purchase that are offset with voucher/rebates
  • Online spending
  • Purchase of stored-value cards, reloads, top-up transactions
  • Credit card slip/ payment slip without store receipt
  • Receipt of Membership fee / Subscription fee
  • Sale Order / Confirmation / Job Order / Purchase Order
  • Unfinalised Bill / Pre-settlement bill / Pre-order Sales
  • Food delivery receipt
  • Deposit / Partial / installment payment; and
  • Handwritten receipts

WHERE AND HOW CAN I CHECK MY TRANSACTION HISTORY OR TRACK MY SUBMITTED SPENDING?

Log in to your account via the app. You can also check your account information by signing into the member portal, https://member.pavilion-kl.com

WHY IS MY LATEST SPENDING NOT SHOWING?

It takes up to 3 working days for your latest spending to show in your account. Pending submissions will be listed in the receipt submission page. Upon verification, the transactions will be updated in your transaction history.


13.

HOW LONG ARE MY SUBMITTED RECEIPTS/ACCUMULATED SPENDING VALID FOR?

They are valid throughout the 12 months of your membership cycle. Check your transaction history and track your spending through the Pavilion KL mobile app or the member portal.


14.

I FORGOT TO SUBMIT MY RECEIPT ON THE DAY ITSELF. CAN I SUBMIT AT A LATER DATE?

No, receipts must be submitted within the same day of purchase.


15.

CAN I ACCESS THE PAVILION KL MOBILE APP IF I HAVE NOT REGISTERED?

Yes, you can access the Pavilion KL mobile app if you have not registered. Use the app to browse ongoing events and promotions at Pavilion KL and access the mall’s directory guide.
